When contacting support, include your phone model, app version, Android TV / Google TV model, and a short description of the issue.

Make sure your phone and TV box are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Disable guest network or client isolation on the router if discovery fails.
Allow local network access on iOS when prompted.
On Android, allow nearby Wi-Fi devices permission if requested.
If pairing fails repeatedly, clear old pairing in the app and remove old remote devices from the TV settings.

Sofa Remote may show a small banner ad. Fullscreen ads are not used in the first release.
